Return Policy


1. Introduction

At Meedax Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality products, but if there is an issue with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Products Eligible for Return


Eligible for Return

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • Unopened and unused cosmetic products returned in their original sealed packaging


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Free gifts or complimentary items


Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned.



3. Return Time frame


  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
  • Requests raised after the 30-day return window will not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Item Condition Requirements


To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging with seals intact
  • Include original invoice and labels

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.



6. Return Shipping Costs


Free return shipping is provided for :


  • Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns.
  • MEEDAX will bear the return shipping cost for:
  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Unused and unopened products returned within the 30-day return window
  • Customers will not be charged any return shipping fee for eligible returns.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due
  • to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.


7. Refunds


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.



8. Lost or Damaged Returns

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method until the return is successfully received



9. Policy Updates


Meedax Cosmetics reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before initiating a return.
