Return Policy

At Meedax Cosmetics, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Because our products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns for any reason other than verified damage at the time of delivery.



No Returns (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of cosmetic products once they leave our facility. Please review your order carefully before checkout.



Replacement for Damaged-on-Delivery Items Only

If your product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement after verification. Refunds are not issued under this policy.



How to Request a Replacement

1.Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.Share your order number, delivery date, and a brief description of the damage.

3.Provide clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product container, and the damaged area. A short unboxing video is helpful.



Eligibility Conditions

1.Damage must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.

2.Product must be unused and in original packaging at the time of reporting.

3.Only the damaged item from a multi-item order will be replaced.

4.Courier tampering or leakage must be documented with photos taken at delivery.



Not Covered

1.Change of mind, dislike of texture/fragrance, or personal sensitivity after use.

2.Normal wear of outer packaging or minor cosmetic scuffs that do not affect product use.

3.Issues reported after the 48-hour window.



Process After Approval

1.We ship a replacement to the same address.

2.In some cases, we may arrange pickup of the damaged unit for audit. Please keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
